What would you guys think of an AW11 MR2 with a 20V 4AGE "Silvertop" engine? It is very rev happy and only makes slightly less horsepower than the supercharged 4AGZE... (and yes, it has been done before, so no originality points)
Just listen to it... although this one is a "blacktop" (same engine, next generation)

Also, the engine is still good! The timing belt snapping did not destroy the engine... because non interference. All it needs to be running again is a new timing belt and tensioner (apparently)

Not really. They make motor mounts for the conversion and it's not hard at all to reverse the shift linkage.

The power numbers for 20v engines are highly misleading. In the real world, the blacktop only puts down around 135ish, silver top only around 125. Just for reference my GZE puts down 151 with a much broader curve and way more torque.

Seriously though, I don't really care about the power numbers so much as the driving dynamics (and price)
A decent 20V Silvertop swap with new valve springs and odds and ends would cost around $1600... and it will be lighter than the 4AGZE model!
